Powder Coated C Channel Strut Our powder coated C channel is roll formed from Q235 steel, pretreated and then finished with a thermosetting polyester powder coat cured at 200 C. The main profiles are 41x41mm and 41x21mm, supplied plain or slotted, in lengths from 1m to 6m. Because the coating is applied as a dry powder and baked into a continuous film, the channel arrives on site finished, colour matched and ready to install, with no painting trade on the critical path.
