Introduction
Product Function
Our factory manufactures powder‑coated C‑channel steel, cold‑formed from Q235 carbon steel. The surface adopts electrostatic powder coating process with complete procedures: degreasing → water rinsing → phosphating/silane conversion treatment → drying → electrostatic powder spraying → high‑temperature curing at 180‑200℃.
The coating is uniform and firm with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Custom sizes, punching and RAL color options are available.
Widely applied for roof & wall purlins of steel structure buildings, solar mounting systems, warehouse racks, exhibition frames, industrial equipment frames and modular building supports.
